Yeah we have a few centimetres already, but because I'm in a dry and cold environment it doesn't melt so it stays basically until spring haha I know how you feeeel Dx
Normally our snow lasts a couple of days, turns to mush and then just dissapears, but last year we had deep snow for ages and ages... Part of me (the cold part) really hopes that doesn't happen again this year, but the other part of me (the inner child) gets so excited at the thought of a proper snowy winter! XD Especially since this is what my town looks like: [link] So christmassy!
Pretty!! Do you live in the UK? I hear London's got 20 centimetres of snow, right?? We have less than them, and usually we're the ones with more! (Northern Canada) My friend from Birmingham is totally going to rub it in my face
I live in a town called Middlesbrough in the north east of England, and we got soooo much more snow than London! I think we got about 30 centimeteres in places! We got it a week before London too! :0 It's not the snow that bothers me really, it's the cold temperatures that come with it. :C I work on the sea front in a little town called Redcar and it's always ridiculously cold here - well below freezing all day. AND we don't have any real heating, I'm huddled next to a little electric radiator right now, haha! XD
Ow wow 30 centimetres!! I don't even remember when I've gotten that much! Where I live we don't get that much at a time but it never melts so it accumulates, and THEN we have 20 centimetres by mid-winter Because it never melts we ALWAYS have cold temperatures, unfortunately!
So, because of all that snow did you end up having a white Christmas?
We did have a white Christmas! That's two years in a row now, after a whole childhood of wishing and waiting...
It's finally all melted but there are weather reports that say we might get some more tomorrow... I really hope not, I'm back at work in my freezing cold office. :c
